WIZO Men’s Hotline
To combat domestic violence
In 2013, WIZO established a hotline in the Beit Hakerem neighbourhood of Jerusalem and invited men to call in anonymously if they felt triggered in some way to commit an act of violence.
This first of its kind in Israel, this open line is run by men, for men.
Although not a WIZO Australia project, the hotline is a crucial step in the process towards eliminating domestic violence.
