Since its establishment in 1973, the uses of this building in the Ramat Eshkol area of Jerusalem have been constantly updated. It is now a multi-purpose centre which changes its personality many times in a day. It is used for exercise classes, counselling sessions for single parents, senior citizens’ activities, a “Girls in Distress” group and for a special after-school programme under the auspices of Jerusalem’s Welfare Department for children from dysfunctional families.
